Please Review Policies Before Booking. 

We kindly ask all clients to review our salon policies in full prior to booking or arriving for an appointment.

Understanding these guidelines ensures a smooth experience and helps us provide the best possible service.

By booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to all policies.

    • All appointments require a valid credit card on file.

    • You may update or remove your card information at any time.

    • Cards will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policies.

    • Select services require a non-refundable deposit, which is applied toward your service total.

    • Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.

    • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

    • Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% service fee.

    • To make changes during business hours, please text us at (267) 769-2408.

    • Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service.

    • Future bookings may require prepayment or may be declined at salon’s discretion.

    • Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may require rescheduling or modification of services.

    • The cancellation and late rescheduling policy may apply.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or contraindications that make treatment unsafe.
