MEET THE TEAM

Bree Wise has always had a deep passion for hair and the artistry of styling. Her journey began at a young age when she learned the technique of braiding, sparking a lifelong love for the craft. Bree’s formal education in cosmetology began at the Jean Madeline Aveda Institute, where she graduated before starting her apprenticeship at Architeqt in the fall of 2014. Under the mentorship of Alexey Kats, Bree honed his unique method of dry cutting and expanded her skills in color techniques with Jessica Gonsalves, owner of Maven Salon in San Diego and Global Artist for L’Oreal Professional.

After completing her apprenticeship, Bree further advanced her expertise by earning certifications in Hot Head hair extensions and L’Oréal Professionnel’s Balayage technique. Bree has also recently finished the prestigious L’Oréal Expert Network program, taking another step toward her ultimate goal of becoming an educator in the field of cosmetology.

With over 9 years of experience at Architeqt, Bree is excited to launch XI Eleven Salon in her next professional chapter as an entrepreneur.  She will continue cultivating her passion for enhancing natural tones and creating beautiful shapes across various hair textures. Her dedication to the craft keeps her inspired, especially as she works toward teaching future generations of stylists.

Outside the salon, Bree recharges by spending quality time with her family and her two beloved fur babies, Buddha and Honcho. Taking time to unwind is essential to Bree, allowing her to continue providing her clients with the best possible service and experience.
